Hi, I’m Heer Soni — a second-year Computer Science student at Indiana University’s Luddy School of Informatics, Computing, and Engineering. I’m pursuing a specialization in Software Engineering with minors in Virtual Reality, Data Science, and Informatics, and I’m on track to graduate early by May 2027.

1st Place – InnovateHer 2025 (Asteroids Arcade Game)
Design and lead hands-on XR workshops and events introducing students to Virtual, Augmented, and Mixed Reality technologies. Research XR topics, recruit guest speakers, and guide students in building Unity-based XR projects showcased at campus events.
Lead weekly labs and office hours reinforcing Java, object-oriented programming, and software design principles. Support students with debugging, grade assignments and exams, and provide detailed feedback to support student growth.
Delivered presentations to prospective students and families, led school tours, and answered questions about academic programs, student life, and opportunities within computer science and informatics.
Created outreach materials, conducted market research, and managed social media campaigns focused on youth mental health awareness and engagement.
